Our approach

Udayy exists so that a student with a shared phone and a patchy connection can study the same syllabus as a student in a metro coaching centre. Everything on the site is free, and nothing you need in order to learn is placed behind a login.

Editorial workflow

Every lesson moves through a fixed pipeline before students see it: drafting, editing, source verification against the board syllabus or prescribed textbook, academic review by a subject reviewer, approval, and finally publication. A lesson cannot be published until a checklist passes — it needs a summary, a meta description, a recorded author and reviewer, a curriculum version, and at least one verified source.

Accuracy and corrections

Each lesson names the syllabus or textbook it follows. Anyone can report an error from the bottom of any lesson without creating an account. Reports land in an editorial queue, and every content change is recorded in an internal audit log with the reviewer who made it.

Built for low bandwidth

Pages are text-first and server-rendered. Images are lazy-loaded and optional; videos are never auto-played and only load when you scroll to them. Maths is rendered as text-based formulas rather than images, so it stays readable and searchable at any zoom level.

Children come first

There is no advertising, no behavioural tracking and no social feed. Accounts are optional and collect only a display name and your class — never a date of birth, phone number, photo or school address. Parents can link to a child account to view progress.
